Why is shipping paid separately?
We keep our pricing as fair as possible. Our service fee covers purchasing the item only — we don't add hidden charges or markups on delivery. Shipping is billed separately, strictly at cost, based on the actual weight of your parcel.
Can I see the product before it ships?
Yes, always. Once your order arrives at our warehouse in China, we'll take detailed photos of your item and upload them to your account — so you can check the quality yourself before we ship it to your country.
Can I order something that's not in the catalog?
Absolutely. If you can't find what you're looking for, message our manager in your account or on Telegram — @ManagerElvente. We'll help source the item and place a custom order for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
Pay directly on the site with cryptocurrency via Trybit — USDT and other supported coins. Your balance is credited automatically after payment confirmation. Prefer another method? Our manager can help you top up manually.
